My username or password doesn't work!!!

Fonts can make letters look very different.

Double check that you are using an i or 1 or 0 or o. ALL passwords are UPPER CASE only.....

I logged in once and now I can't get in again. Why??

If you are certain you are using the correct password, this could mean that your browser "remembered" all those extra characters that appeared when you logged in. NEVER say "remember password" for this site. You need to go into your browser preferences and clear your private data. In Firefox, start with the Firefox menu:

Firefox > Preferences > Privacy



You might want to also click on the Security tab and uncheck the remember passwords boxes.

Why can't I see old "Rotation" or "Elective" Grades?

Your gradebook is only showing current classes. Scroll to the bottom of your screen and click where is says "Show dropped classes also." See below.......

How do I know if an assignment is late, missing, or has a comment?

This is the key to the symbols that PTG uses.

Also, if an assignment is blue, that means you can click on it to gain more information. The same is true with individual grades. If they are blue and underlined, there is a specific comment attached to that score. Click to view the comment. See below:
